Just Bakery Information Session

Just Bakery is a free 12-week educational and vocational training program with a potential 12 credits towards a culinary degree, plus hands-on experience with commercial baking.
Just Bakery utilizes National Restaurant Association curriculum. Just Bakery teaches an introduction to baking which allows students to earn up to 12 college credits and automatic acceptance in Madison college culinary program. Subjects include:
- Hospitality management
- cost control
Students also gain sales and marketing experience by working side by side with program staff in a variety of sales venues, learning customer service skills and becoming comfortable answering questions about the product.
