What is FSC?
Forward Service Corporation is a Wisconsin non-profit employment and training organization. Our team of dedicated, caring professionals work to help low-income and underserved individuals find meaningful career paths and care for their families. We work through our various services and an extensive network of partners to keep every client on-track as they pursue their dreams. Training is an integral part of Forward Service Corporation's mission to help every client realize their potential by developing skills for real-world careers.
What is Distance Learning?
We conduct our classes through "Distance Learning," also called remote or virtual learning. Students enjoy great benefits from this approach, including more regular classes on professions they're interested in and flexible scheduling for their coursework. The difference in our approach is that while are classes are all virtual, our distanced, workshop-style classes are still live. This lets students engage with both their instructors and classmates in welcoming small groups.

Kristen Burich
Hello! I have a diverse background in education, with experience teaching a variety of age levels in both the classroom and virtual settings. I love being a part of the FSC team, because I have the opportunity every day to encourage and support you on your journey to transforming your dream job into a reality. Brad Lawrence
Helping people develop the skills necessary to chase down and accomplish their goals is my passion. I have been fortunate to follow this passion for the last 15 years working in the employment services field, and I have enjoyed all of it. That time has included several years developing and teaching employment related training. In that role, I have been lucky enough to support many people as they realized their dreams and built a better life for themselves. In my opinion, being a Skill Instructor with Forward Service Corporation is the most rewarding career possible, because of the amazing people I get to work with each day. I am reminded daily of how powerful the human spirit is and how much we can all accomplish when given the opportunity.
Linnea Grunewald
I have more than 15 years of training experience in the classroom and online. I bring a positive life-can’t-stop-me attitude to the classroom. The best part of training for me is to see my learners discover, perhaps for the first time, how valuable and skilled they are in both the workplace and their personal lives. That moment when they become aware of the hope and opportunities for their future and make that conscious decision to embrace it is a life changing moment.

For more than 20 years, I have dedicated myself to inspire, educate, and motivate people from all walks of life. I have a passion for finding “out of the box” solutions for otherwise puzzling circumstances as well as learning about my customers and helping to develop their skills and confidence in them.
